Data deletion

You can ask Hypeling to delete the data we hold about you at any time, including data from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts you linked.

Remove a linked account

On the account linking page (hypeling.com/apply/connect), choose Unlink next to the account. This immediately deletes the access token, profile details and stats we stored for that account.

Delete everything

Email tim@teqqed.com from the address you applied with, using the subject line "Data deletion request". We confirm your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We only keep data the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records.

Removing access on the platform

For TikTok, you can also remove Hypeling's access in your TikTok account settings. That stops further access, but it doesn't delete data we already hold, so please also use one of the options above. Instagram and YouTube accounts are linked by handle, so there is no access to remove on those platforms: use Unlink instead.
